Stepping away from the conventional path of software engineering to embrace traditional handicrafts was a leap driven by passion and purpose. Entered the handicraft industry in a ₹4,500-per-month role and discovered a deep connection with artisanal work.
Started Aarya Fashions in Noida with two small rooms and five artisans after years of industry experience.
Recognition arrived as the business expanded and established its own manufacturing base in Greater Noida.
Honoured with a handicraft export award, marking another milestone in the journey.
Her journey reached another landmark during an Indian community programme in Portugal.
